Last year, Jock McDonald of The Bollock Brothers approached our music programmer, when The Jim Jones Revue were performing, with the message that he ‘would also be playing here next year’. The Bollock Brothers keep to their word! This British punk band needs no further introduction. Just one tip: don‘t drop a single wrong word about Celtic Glasgow or it could quickly get out of hand.

Holograms

No, we’ve never seen this punk band sober on stage but it seems it’s meant to be like that. Through their many tours they’ve already lost their jobs. You might let your frustration rip for less than that. Holograms does it with so much charm that they get away with it, too. It seems that’s also part of being a punk band.

The first show we played was with the Vaccines. And I don’t think anyone came for us… We were like « we’re gonna play another song » and they were like « oh no… » (laughs). Holograms
