M I M I explores her Afro-European cultural heritage through different medias. She doesn’t stick to any precise musical style either, but explores and combines continuously instead. Looking towards forward thinking movements while exploring her roots, she approaches arts and music with her own Afro-futuristic. Cosmic electronic sounds, bewitching rhythms, percussions, all that blended with the hottest tracks of today. She has been active in the music scene with DJ collective Lait de Coco and as Dj for Martha Da’ro. Once a month you can catch her on The Word.

Ze is afkomstig uit Haarlem, maar woont in Brussel en is resident-dj bij The Word Radio. en mixte al op Stroom.tv, Red Light Radio, Listen! Festival, Different Class, Dekmantel Festival en Garage Noord (Amsterdam).
