A middle-aged biker is faced with an unexpected but desired encounter with a group of young queer women. When they come together, their universes do not collide but create a timeless identification shared by a common language.
Éri Sarmet is a director, screenwriter, producer, and researcher from Niterói, Brazil, with extensive experience in fiction and documentary cinema. In 2015, he founded Excesso Filmes, a Brazilian independent production company led entirely by trans talents. Driven by urgent questions and the desire to move and provoke audiences, his narratives explore genre blending and themes such as the body, memory, social history, cultural identities and intergenerational relationships. Sarmet creates works that feel fresh, edgy, and fun, moving between shorts, features, and series. His short films Latifúndio (2017, exp), A Wild Patience Has Taken Me Here (2021, fic), Vollúpya (2024, doc) and If I'm Here It Is By Mystery (2024, Clari Ribeiro, fic), for which he served as screenwriter and creative producer, have received 50 awards and over 250 screenings at prestigious festivals such as Sundance, Rotterdam IFF, Havana IFF, Edinburgh, Frameline, Dresden, Kerala, BFI Flare, Rio Int’l FF, Tiradentes, Olhar de Cinema, Janela de Recife, MixBrasil, among others.

Edmund Krempiński (1998) is the first openly transgender actor employed in Polish public theatre, at the Teatr Nowy in Łódź. His artistic practice is based on his own body, which he considers as his primal medium, and consists mostly of performance and video. Inspired by inner life - traumas, fantasies, sexuality, and nostalgia, he creates both quirky and serious artworks aesthetically immersed in camp, pornography, and popculture.

Jakub Dylewski (1994) is a cinematographer and visual artist working mostly on films and gallery installations. He graduated as cinematographer from prestigious Lodz Film School. He’s collaborating with directors and artists from different disciplines creating space for experiments, research beyond genres, vulnerability and healing.

EDGE won the national Critics Award at the 2023 The Esteemed Graduates of Polish Academies of Fine Art exhibition. It was also awarded on Queer Lisboa Film Festival, Short Waves, PFF Vienna, PFF Barcelona and presented worldwide at film festivals.
