The Bâtard does not focus purely on the result. The process (meeting and exchange) is at least as important. Preceding the festival is a congress prepared by students at the educational institutions RITS, P.A.R.T.S. and a.pass. Together they will search out their common concerns and above all: how to action them. A critical quest for the various means of activating their concerns.
