We first rather clumsily stated that there were not enough thoughts. It later appeared to us that it is not so much the thoughts that seem to be lacking. We somehow pressure ourselves to have opinions ready before we have thoughts, because it all goes so fast, because one doesn't want to be left behind, because we have to be competitive, because it is how it's done, because only the fittest survives… Subsequently, this is how we came to our standpoint.

We call for stretching the moment as much as one might find suitable. We call for considering the instant, inhabiting it, investing in it.

With this purpose in mind, the four evenings will each host a selection of works that strongly mobilize the time and space around them. Some use the tools of fiction to build something else or mirror our unconscious conditioning, while others question the authority of language and wonder if affirming one thing is enough to make it exist. All of them challenge spectatorship with their distinct directness, yet find ways to stay connected with the audience through alternately an acute intimacy or a strong universal thought.
