Camilo Mejía Cortés

Camilo Mejía, a multidisciplinary artist from Cali, Colombia, grew up surrounded by music and dance but only began formal dance training at the age of 21 in Barcelona. His passion for improvisation and performance led him to Salzburg SEAD (Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance). In his final year, he performed as a guest artist with the Bodhi Project Company in Cecilia Bengolea’s production "Sounds of Trap". He took part in the Salzburg Opera Festival’s "L'incoronazione di Poppea," directed by Jan Lauwers, and later joined Needcompany, where he performed in works such as “War and Turpentine," “Isabella’s Room,” and “PIE.” Camilo was previously featured at Beursschouwburg in The Sadness by Ula Sickle in 2020 and in DARKMATTER by Cherish Menzo in 2022.

PSST MLLE is an intersectional feminist platform standing for more inclusion and representation in nightlife and music. They aim to create tools to support MaGe* artists and cultural workers, while paying great attention to racial and economical discriminations. Their events question the codes of nightlife and deconstruct the dance floor. Besides, they try to tackle discrimination at its roots through workshops, conversations and more.

Victoire Karera

Victoire Karera Kampire is a Rwandan-Belgian director and sound designer. She holds a Master's degree in New Media and Society (VUB), and is a graduate from LUCA School of Arts, in audiovisual arts. At the heart of her artistic quest, is the notion of absence, filling her films - places of hallucinated archives and experimentation at the border of documentary and fiction - with ghostly presences. Working and exploring beyond the single screen experience, she also creates video pieces for theater and for exhibition spaces, (« it is like a finger pointing a way to the moon » in collaboration with Moya Michael @ KVS-WIELS ; « Joy Boy, A tribute to Julius Eastman » in collaboration with Collectif Faire-Part, Fallon Mayanja et Mawena Yahouessi @ deSingel). In parallel to her filmmaking practice, Victoire Karera K. has worked as a documentary research assistant on Johan Grimonprez's last feature film “Soundtrack to a Coup d'Etat”, awarded at Sundance and nominated at the Oscars. She is currently working on a documentary project titled "Ejo", which was selected for the Doc Lab Montreal 2024 from the festival RIDM.

Maria Muehombo

Maria Muehombo, known as M I M I/ mimi green is a multi-undisciplined artist and researcher based in Brussels. Born in Lusaka, Zambia, she moved to Belgium at a very young age. As a Dj she has gained recognition locally and internationally, having played at Horst, Nyege Nyege and Dekmantel Selectors while also holding down residencies at Oroko Radio (Ghana) and Kiosk Radio. Her artistic work is rooted in an ongoing exploration of the micro world, where zooming in becomes a way to better understand. Simultaneously scientific and spiritual, this focus on the details helps to reveal larger truths about the relationship between the self and the world.
