Deep down, French-Cameroonian Cindy Pooch is a hyperactive autodidact with an insatiable appetite for lyricism, trip hop, soul, maloya and creole genres from Central Africa and Latin America. On her recent and first EP, as well as live, it all converges into an emotional soundscape of music and vocals that meld until they trigger a purifying sense of catharsis.
