Liew Niyomkarn's experimental ambient combines echoes from the wilderness, stretched archival sounds, spatial feedback and a lap steel guitar tuned in the musical tradition of northern Thailand. If the field-recording textures seem to come from everyday life, the final harmonic entity definitely comes from a summer dream world.
