Photo Booth juxtaposes a surreal operatic narrative with documentary archives, exploring pinkwashing and activism with mounds of humour. The result is a whimsical and subversive film that transitions smootlhy and freely from megaphone to photobooth, from Gaza to Gaga, from serious intellectual references to the most off-the-wall queer aesthetics.
