Internship assistant music promotor

Are you seeking relevant work experience in a multidisciplinary arts centre in the heart of Brussels? Beursschouwburg is in search of a work-study apprentice to assist our music programmer. The apprenticeship is for a period of three months and should be part of an accredited educational curriculum.

Tasks: 
- Follow up on productions of concerts and nightlife events
- Maintain contact with artists and their managers (follow-ups on contracts, hotel and travel plans, practical issues involving lodging, transport, catering, etc.)
- Accompany and assist artists during their stay at Beursschouwburg
- Complete administrative tasks inherent to the music programme
- Share in thinking about communications concerning the events
- Follow up on projects assigned to you

Profile:
- Available two to three days per week, in the service of the events
- Flexible, well organized, on time and able to meet deadlines
- Able to work both independently and in a team
- Hands-on and dynamic
- Preferably, you live in Brussels
- Verbal and written skills in Dutch, French and English are a plus

Dates:
