“Hoe is het gesteld met de vrijheid in Europa in dit (post)coronatijdperk?” Dat is de centrale vraag waarop het Freiraum Festival een antwoord zoekt aan de hand van online- en offline*-evenementen. Het festival vindt plaats van 30 oktober tot 1 november in de marge van het Duitse voorzitterschap van de Raad van de Europese Unie en brengt met het Goethe-Institut als centrale spil actoren uit de cultuursector, de wetenschappelijke wereld en het maatschappelijk middenveld uit 42 Europese steden samen.

In Brussel gaat het festival op vrijdag van start bij BOZAR de volgende dag reist het Freiraum Festival naar Beursschouwburg:
