Evolving around hardcore and pornography, camouflage, speed, breaking and being broke, Lisa Vereertbrugghen questions in Softcore – a Hardcore Encounter both the hard and the core in hardcore techno and points to its text(ure) and potential. She dances, speaks, rests, feels, occupies, dances, dances, dances and remains in hardcore.
Lisa Vereertbrugghen studied history in Leuven, dance in Berlin and choreography at SNDO in Amsterdam. Currently she is based in Brussels where she makes performances, installations and publications bordering the field of choreography.
