We say goodbye to Bernard Van Eeghem, an artist and friend who left a lasting impression on Beursschouwburg.
The Belgian multidisciplinary artist Bernard Van Eeghem was practically inseparable from Beursschouwburg. We can hardly keep track of how many performances he gave in our house. With more than unusual energy, he revealed the milestones of his existence.
His creativity, passion, and unique vision have continually inspired and enriched our space. Bernard was more than an artist; he was a source of warmth and wisdom who touched everyone around him. We will greatly miss his energy, humour, and boundless imagination. Rest in peace, Bernard.
