Fancy a bike ride of about 60 km upstream along the Brussels-Charleroi Canal, direction Pajottenland? Mamil* will be happy to accompany you on this journey of discovery, face directed skywards. Cycling together while having fun is the aim of the game. We glide (not too fast!) through the green landscape like a flock of birds.
We limber up from 9 a.m. with coffee and croissants and set off at 10 a.m. exactly. The Beursschouwburg provides a packed lunch. Small bladder, feeling pecking or thirsty: all this is taken care of along the way. With a mass sprint around 4.30 p.m., we make the brilliant Une soirée avec Claude François ’69 concert. Hungry, exhausted souls are met with a generous helping of spag bol.
