Belgian post-jazz trio Dishwasher_ presents their brand new album Anemoia. This is a neologism that refers to the feeling of nostalgia for a time you never experienced. From 80s electronica, Irish folk, almost-metal lullabies to ambient music from before time began – the influences are numerous, the result original and ready for the future. Come and listen and, who knows, maybe even dance.

Dishwasher_ was formed in 2019, when Werend Van den Bossche (sax, keys), Louise van den Heuvel (bass) and Arno Grootaers (drums) decided to unleash a wealth of effects and other electronics on their jazz instruments and, as a result, wowed audiences at more than 60 venues from Scotland to Italy. They performed at Fifty Lab in Brussels a few years ago, and now they are back with a brand new album that is a cross between cinematic, retro-futuristic and neo-noir.
