John Wood (UK) & Paul Harrison (UK)

The British duo John Wood and Paul Harrison is sometimes described as an artistic equivalent of Laurel & Hardy. Their short videos examine the relationship between the human figure and its (stereotypical) environment. In the ‘gallery space’, the ‘office’ and the ’laboratory’ they undertake the playful actions and experiments in which they revel in the comical consequences of motionlessness, gravity and moving bodies.
