Yndi Ferreira, de negentienjarige Franse geluidskunstenaar achter Dream Koala, is iemand om in de gaten te houden! Zijn muziek wordt breed opgepikt en de streams op Spotify lopen in de miljoenen. Die plays komen niet enkel uit Frankrijk, maar uit alle uithoeken van de wereld!
Achter een gordijn van dreads komt er uit zijn mond een beklijvende falsettostem die het lot van onze aarde bezingt. Hij combineert zijn zang met elektronica, samples en traditionele instrumentale elementen. Het resultaat is een etherische sound die de meest fabelachtige regionen van onze verbeelding aanspreekt.
