It’s like Jerry Lee Lewis and Little Richard are ramming into the front of the MC5 tour bus ...The Jim Jones Revue has arrived and we surely won’t forget them fast ‘cause these fellas mean it. After their appearance at Pukkelpop they will also present their new album The Savage Heart in Beursschouwburg.

Quick, dirty and energetic, those are the key words for this band from London. The Savage Heart sees the band exploring new musical and lyrical territory, while still harnessing their renowned powerhouse sound. The album was produced by Jim Sclavunos (Grinderman/Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds) and mixed by no-one less than Jim Abbiss (Arctic Monkeys/Adele).

Along with the international success ( sold-out tours across Europe, Australia and America), The Jim Jones Revue were nominated as one of MOJO magazine’s best live bands for 2011 and have performed tracks from their critically acclaimed album Burning Your House Down (2010) and on such well-knownTV shows as Later with Jools Holland and The Late Show with David Letterman.
