Ansatz Der Maschine (BE)

Ansatz Der Maschine is the much-acclaimed musical project by Mathijs Bertel, a Kortrijk composer, alto-violinist and electronic-artist. Bertel makes use of - now with seven other musicians –samples and beats, but his refined acoustic orchestration and abstract soundscapes remain natural and warm.

Ansatz is already being mentioned by many in the same breath as the greats of indietronics like Fennesz, múm and Aphex Twin.
