Mohamed Guinoubi trained as an IT engineer, but his passion has always been cooking. As a co-founder of El Food Lab, he focuses on rediscovering Tunisia's rich culinary heritage. A self-taught chef and recipe developer, he learned the secrets of Tunisian cooking from his parents and family. He treasures these traditions while seeking out new culinary adventures.
