Hardcore en pornografie, camouflage, snelheid, breken en blut zijn: vertrekkende vanuit deze elementen bevraagt Lisa Vereertbrugghen zowel het harde als de core in hardcore techno en benadrukt ze diens tekst(uur) en potentieel. In Softcore – a Hardcore Encounter danst, rust, voelt, bezet, danst, danst, danst en blijft ze in hardcore.
Lisa Vereertbrugghen studeerde geschiedenis in Leuven, dans in Berlijn en choreografie aan SNDO in Amsterdam. Momenteel woont en werkt ze in Brussel en maakt ze performances, installaties en publicaties, telkens in relatie tot choreografie.
