SUPAFLY COLLECTIVE

With 4 DJs, a singer/host and a visual artist, SupAfly Collective is a unique team of women hailing from Ghent and Brussels (Belgium). With each their own cultural and musical background, personal style and technical skills, the collective unites its passion for hiphop music in all its diversity.

Dj’s Vaneeshua, Young Mocro, Fatoosan and MikiGold make now the only female hiphop dj-crew in Belgium. They love to share their musical background and will make you dance on other genres too.

The collective hosts its live radioshow on Fm Brussel every Thursday at 9 PM CET, where they broadcast both old and newschool hiphop vibes.

NGOC LAN

Creative, energetic and forward-thinking : Ngoc Lan is a Swiss DJ, transcending musical borders with her strong technical skills, a unique and eclectic records collection and a highly communicative artistic enthusiasm.

Born in Switzerland, but originally from Vietnam, Ngoc Lan began her relationship with music at the Conservatory of Music, where she took piano and opera lessons during her childhood. In 2002, she moved to NYC and had the opportunity to work for the Rawkus hip hop label. Two years later, back in Switzerland, she bought new creative weapons : two turntables, a mixer and a lot of records. Intergalactic hip hop, fresh boogie, deep house, cosmos post-dubstep : a broad and sharp selection, reflecting her strong musical culture.

After few years of her confirmed DJ career, she reached the 3rd place as the best party rocker in Switzerland in the 2010 Red Bull Thre3Style contest. In 2011, she has mixed a selection for Creaked Records in partnership with Obey and launched a tribute to J-Dilla called “Do The Dilla”, a collaboration with Food for ya Soul, Feelin’ Music and DTRP. For its second edition, this compilation reached the first hip hop rank popularity on Bandcamp.

Montreux Jazz Festival, The Crosby (Santa Ana), Cully Jazz Festival, Stadtmusik Festival (Basel), Cassiopeia (Berlin), The Rhythm Factory (London) : during the past twelve years, Ngoc Lan has played all across Switzerland and Europe, sharing the stage with artists such as Dâm-Funk, Tokimonsta, Dorian Concept, Lefto, Free The Robots, Kutmah, Chief, Fulgeance, Dibiase, DJ Spinna, Actress, Zomby, Shlohmo, Lorn, etc. She was also one of Yarah Bravo and Grems official DJ’s.
