In her first feature film, Farah and her father Mustapha search for the poetry to understand one another.
After more than a decade, Farah returns to her hometown of Tripoli, Lebanon, to live with her widowed, ageing father, Mustapha. It’s her last chance to be part of her father’s world, though it must be done through the only language he understands: poetry.
Tonight is the Belgian premiere of We Are Inside. After the screening, a musical parade will guide everyone downstairs to the Beurscafé for a relaxed meet&greet connecting hangout with the artist.
