After their three-day run in February, Brussels' simplest music festival is ready for some rooftop shenanigans with a documentary, a cyber-nymph, Brussels neo-grunge and Italian lofi-piano melancholy and the champions of Dar Es Salam' singeli. There will be both crying and dancing on this summer's emotional rollercoaster.
