Dans cette conférence audiovisuelle, Maryam Tafakory (Iran) aborde l’absence de voix féminines dans le cinéma iranien postrévolutionnaire. Née à Chiraz, elle vit et travaille désormais à Londres en tant qu’artiste et réalisatrice. En partie sous la forme d’une performance, elle passe ses propres œuvres au crible : (auto)censure, féminité, rites de passage, poésie, religion : sur l’écran de Maryam Tafakory, les limites entre les sphères privée et politique s’estompent sous vos yeux.
