Espace Fxmme: Getting Softer by Globe Aroma

Getting Softer est une série d’ateliers sur différentes techniques textiles qui ont eu lieu lors des réunions du jeudi d’Espace Fxmme et visant à créer des réceptacles d’hospitalité plus doux pour la communauté de Globe Aroma. Le groupe, en utilisant toutes les connaissances acquises, a conçu une série de rideaux en patchwork (également des coussins et des tapis) pour meubler de manière plus douce, plus féminine et plus fluide, de créer et d’emplir l’espace; à travers le textile.
Les éléments seront utilisés à l’intérieur de Globe Aroma mais ils créent un espace nomade, sous forme de tente, qui voyage, manifestant et accueillant un espace d’échange plus sûr et intime pour les fxmmes et les personnes non binaires dans la sphère publique, les institutions artistiques et les espaces réservés aux fxmmes.
Artistes ayant menés les ateliers : Golnesa Rezanezhad, coordinatrice artistique et artiste du patchwork; Salomé Grdzelischvili, artiste du tissage; Rae Sita Pratiwi, gourou du batik indonésien; Ramzi Hassan et Jamileh Ahmadzi, experts en broderie afghane.
