Samowar is the solo electronics project of Leen Diependaele. With a single voice and subtle beats, her songs are created layer by layer using a loop station. The result is an authentic sound, sometimes vulnerable and slightly experimental.

This did not go unnoticed. Samowar made it to the finals of Humo’s Rock Rally 2014, was laureate of Theater Aan Zee 2013, and came second in FrappantPop 2011. And the roof terrace of Beursschouwburg is next!
