Stylish combo of up-tempo rock and confident post-punk in Italian, capichi?
This stylish newcomer from around the Brussels scene was formed during the first lockdown, when César Laloux (The Tellers, BRNS, Italian Boyfriend) asked his Sicilian girlfriend Victoria Barracato to rewrite his lyrics in Italian for a series of up-tempo post-punk experiments. The deceptively simple songs are about love and friendships, and sound like a walk down memory lane of a sweet 80's Italian summer. On stage and in the studio they are joined by bass guitarist Marc Pirard (Italian Boyfriend) and guitarists Alex De Bueuger (Alaska Gold Rush, Gros Coeur) and Aurélien Gainetdinoff (San Malo, Yolande Bashing). Ada Oda's debut album Un Amore Debole will be released by 62 TV at the end of 2022. Tonight is an aperitivo preview under the Brussels sky.
